We do not store your full payment card details, although Stripe provides us with transaction information and potentially partial card details for verification and record-keeping.

  • Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you access and use the Service, such as the features you use, the actions you take, and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities.

  • AI Training: We do NOT use your User Content (photos, videos, property details) to train our general AI models. Any processing by AI service providers is done solely to fulfill your service request.
  • Ownership: You retain ownership rights to your original User Content. You also retain ownership rights to the AI-generated output (e.g., enhanced photos, videos) created by the Service from your User Content.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate and provide our Service, analyze usage, and for marketing purposes. These include:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Service to function.
  • Performance/Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the Service.
